Does your equipment come with any warranty?

Yes they do, each Brand and type of equipment has different lengths of warranty, in each of the product information, it will provide you the breakdown of the warranty.

Do you rent equipment

Unfortunately we do not, but have a lot of equipment that we can offer and are happy to work with you on getting a great deal.

Do you price match?

Yes we can, we do take into account freight and availability and and has to be the same brand, product code and like for like item.

Do you customise Packages?

Yes we do. We can completely customise packages and deals to suit your personal needs and get you the right equipment to suit you and your goals for a package price.

Do you Service treadmills and other equipment?

No, But we can pass you onto a company that does.

Orders

Can I pick up my online order in the store?

Yes, we have a click and collect option at our Morphett Vale, SA location. However pending on stock availability, we are able to organise collections at our Black Forest store upon request.

Can I pay over the Phone rather than online?

You can pay a 30% deposit of the phone, but to pay the rest of your order it must be done in store or via bank transfer

I've accidentally ordered the wrong product. Can I swap it out?

Yes. Please contact us immediately to amend your order. If there is a higher price difference with the selected product that you want to swap it over with, please be aware this payment will be required before the order is ready for collection or dispatch.

I want a courier or someone other than myself to collect my item in store, is this possible?

Yes, please call or email us BEFORE hand so we can make sure we know who is collecting and we will need them to sign for the items and have identification on them at the point of collection.

Do you sell boxing bags?

Yes our range starts from beginners through to Pro bags including wrecking balls, angled bags and teardrops.

Do you have samples of all supplements?

Not ALL supplements, but we do have a large number of samples covering pre workouts, protein powder, fat burners but will vary depending on supplier availability. Head in-store and ask us!

Do you have gym flooring?

Yes we stock 15mm x 1m x 1m rubber matting that is suitable for Home and commercial gyms.
