The Xpeed Straight Bar With D Handle Cable Attachment compatible with any machine with a cable attachment. It is an excellent alternative to the traditional lat pull down bar, for some it also means that shoulder pain won't get in the way of a broad back.
The knurled handles allows you to use the bar as a revolving straight bar, which provides versatility for wide grip lat pull downs and wide grip rows as well as tricep pushdowns, straight arm pull downs and bicep curls. In addition, the freely revolving cable attachment eyelet centre allows for smooth rotation on all exercises.
