Combines an adjustable bench, sliding leg press, hack squat, preacher curl, leg curl, and leg extension that connect to the dual 100kg weight stacks on the C10—no weight plates required!
The Sliding Bench connects the two lower pulleys to the 100kg weight stacks, transforming the adjustable bench into a dynamic strength training station and eliminating the need to add weight plates to start your workout!
