Unlike a majority of power rack dip stations on the market, fix the Force USA MyRack Dip Station anywhere on the rack both on the front and back of the uprights or even on the side normally used for storage sleeves. This also means you can adjust the height of the station to suit everyone and with one fixing point it makes it simple and easy to attach and detach the station.
