Force USA MyRack Knee Holder for Lat Pull-down Attachment for the Force USA MyRack ONLY.
The Force USA MyRack Knee Holder must have attachment if you have added the Lat Pull-down option to your MyRack. Attach the Knew Holder to either the MyRack Pine & Pipe safety or can be used in conjunction with the MyRack Band Pegs. Perform lat pull-downs whilst bracing your knees securely under the foam padding. Simply connect the Knee Holder to one of these on either side of the rack. Especially helpful when pulling heavier loads.
