Water Rower
Water Rower Original Oak
Water Rower S4 Oak
The Water Rower S4 Natural water based rowing machine is handcrafted in solid ash and features a Honey Oak stain finished in Danish oil. Wood is an excellent material for this application due to its ability to absorb sound and vibration enhancing the WaterRower's smooth, quiet operation during exercise. The S4 is what other rowers, like the Concept2, wish they could be. Bring the gym and fitness to you with the S4.
Ash, like all woods used in WaterRower construction, is a premium hardwood with incredible longevity and dimensional stability. WaterRower is committed to the environment and only source wood harvested from sustainably managed forests where growth exceeds removal by 229%

THE FIRST DESIGN
The WaterRower was invented in 1988 by John Duke, engineer and USA national-level rower. His design followed 2 principles: First, replicating real rowing experiences, like resistance, sound and physical benefits. Next, ensuring the machine’s aesthetic compliments interior furnishing, for users to have a welcoming emotional connection, as is common with favored furniture and art.

Water Tank
Its main feature is the water tank with its ergonomically shaped water flywheel, delivering the most natural rowing feel – smooth, quiet and 100% efficient. Resistance is not manually adjusted but determined only by the force applied: the harder you pull, the greater the resistance.

Easy Footrest Adjustments
The WaterRower footboard offers maximum flexibility for an optimal rowing position. The footrests are easy to adjust in length, by pressing down on the button in the middle.

ICONIC DESIGN
The Original Series WaterRower is an evolution of the first-ever WaterRower. A celebrated piece of design, the Original Series WaterRower has been displayed in both New York’s Museum of Modern Art and London’s Design Museum.

BUILT TO LAST
Handmade in the US to ensure quality and durability. The Original Series WaterRower has a 3-year parts, 5-year frame warranty.

SPACE SAVING
When not in use the Original Series WaterRower can be stood on end for space-saving storage. Transportation guide-wheels allow for the WaterRower to be moved around the home or fitness studio with ease.
