This 7ft barbell features a 28mm diameter sleeve that is compatible with the standard plates, and includes a collar for ease of use. This smaller barbell has knurled handles for extra grip to protect from slipping and lock collars are included to prevent weight plates from slipping off of the bar.
Ideal bar for small spaces but is strong enough to hold enough weight for a serious weight lifter.
