Xpeed Drop Pads
The Xpeed Drop Pads provide a cushioned landing for your weight plates, reduce noise, reduce vibration and even protect your flooring. Made from high density foam with a tough vinyl covering, our drop pads are designed to provide maximum protection and cushioning during weightlifting and powerlifting. This style of foam also maintains shape under heavy and repeated use. As a result, focus on your workout whilst being free from the worry of damaging your flooring and making too much noise. In addition, thanks to double stitched handles they're easily portable to train on the go. Drop pads can also be used as an introduction to step ups and plyo box training for beginners.

The 15cm height of the pad provides the opportunity to do a variety of exercises including;

How to use your drop pads:
Place the drop pads securely on the ground, positioned underneath your barbell sleeves, this will allow you to load the barbell with your bumper plates and get a feel for the position of the pads. Ensure that there is enough space between you and the drop pads to perform your lifts safely, if not adjust accordingly. The bumper plates should sit in the middle of the pads.
Perform your desired lift and when ready to release the barbell, aim for the middle of the pads. This allows for an even distribution of force across the pads and prevents the pad from sliding out of place. The foam will dampen the noise allowing you to train at anytime of the day without waking the house or that nosey neighbour.
