Gen Tec Glutamine
Gen-Tec Glutamine 320 is a high quality pharmaceutical grade L-glutamine which is naturally plant derived and only 320 mesh in particle size for improved absorption. L-glutamine is the most copious aminos in the muscle tissue and is also present in the immune system. This pure micronised L-glutamine powder requires no carriers to enter the bloodstream or muscle cells.
Glutamine levels drop following an intense workout and supplementation with glutamine may assist in providing an anabolic environment for muscle growth, preventing muscle tissue degradation. This product combines well with micronised creatine to aid recovery and increase lean muscle mass and may also assist concentration as it is able to cross the blood-brain barrier to increase vigilance for sports or study.
Directions
Mix 1.9g in non-acidic fruit juice or water immediately after training.
For best results:
- In the morning: five grams
- 20 mins before workout: five grams
- During workout: five grams
- Straight after workout: five to ten grams (added to your post-training shake)
- Before bed: five grams
